Shipping Information

We ship everywhere. If you can't find your country on the list please email us at info@stitchit.net for quotation. All shipping fees are based on the total weight of and destination postal code of your order. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Processing Times

All in-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm  Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same day. In stock orders placed after 2:00 pm  will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when the order is shipped.

Guarantees

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price.

Return Policy

All other unused and in factory condition items may be returned for a  refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Additional shipping fee will be calculated in case of  exchange. Please get in touch with us prior to sending any items back at info@stitchit.net
